This Code of Conduct outlines the ethical principles and standards that guide Arxax's actions, internally and externally. It reflects our commitment to integrity, transparency, and respect for people, society, and the environment. It applies to all directors, employees, contractors, suppliers, and business partners.

We are committed to transparency, professionalism, and value creation for our customers, ensuring products and services meet high ethical and quality standards.
4.2 Suppliers and Contractors
Selection and relationships are based on merit, transparency, and ethical alignment. Bribery, favoritism, or discriminatory practices are strictly prohibited.
4.3 Public Institutions
Interactions with public authorities must be transparent, lawful, and authorized by designated representatives only. Unlawful payments, gifts, or influence-seeking behaviors are strictly prohibited.
4.4 Media
Only authorized personnel may communicate on behalf of Arxax. All information shared must be accurate and protect the company’s image and confidentiality.

Arxax may support non-political, non-religious organizations whose missions align with our values. Any such support must be transparent, approved, and free of conflicts of interest.

12. Final Provisions
Violations of this Code may result in disciplinary measures, up to and including termination of contract or legal action. Contractual partners may also face exclusion or penalties for non-compliance.
