Arxax - Code of Conduct

1. Purpose and Scope

This Code of Conduct outlines the ethical principles and standards that guide Arxax's actions, internally and externally. It reflects our commitment to integrity, transparency, and respect for people, society, and the environment. It applies to all directors, employees, contractors, suppliers, and business partners.

3. Legal and Regulatory Compliance

All individuals operating in the name of Arxax must comply with the laws, regulations, and industry standards of the countries in which we operate. Any violations may lead to disciplinary or legal action.

4. Business Ethics and External Relationships

4.1 Clients

We are committed to transparency, professionalism, and value creation for our customers, ensuring products and services meet high ethical and quality standards.

4.2 Suppliers and Contractors

Selection and relationships are based on merit, transparency, and ethical alignment. Bribery, favoritism, or discriminatory practices are strictly prohibited.

4.3 Public Institutions

Interactions with public authorities must be transparent, lawful, and authorized by designated representatives only. Unlawful payments, gifts, or influence-seeking behaviors are strictly prohibited.

4.4 Media

Only authorized personnel may communicate on behalf of Arxax. All information shared must be accurate and protect the company’s image and confidentiality.

5. Sponsorships and Contributions

Arxax may support non-political, non-religious organizations whose missions align with our values. Any such support must be transparent, approved, and free of conflicts of interest.

6. People and Workplace Conduct

8. Prohibited Behavior

Substance abuse in the workplace
Insider trading
Money laundering or handling of illegal funds
Fraud, falsification of records, or manipulation of information
Use of company systems for illegal or inappropriate activities

9. Accounting and Transparency

All financial records must be accurate, complete, and comply with applicable accounting standards. Transactions must be traceable, legitimate, and auditable.

10. Implementation and Enforcement

Arxax commits to:

Promoting awareness and training on this Code
Ensuring confidential reporting mechanisms for violations
Enforcing consequences for breaches, proportionate to the severity

11. Updates and Communication

This Code will be reviewed regularly and updated as needed. All employees and partners must acknowledge receipt and understanding. It is available on Arxax’s internal platforms and can be shared with stakeholders upon request.

12. Final Provisions

Violations of this Code may result in disciplinary measures, up to and including termination of contract or legal action. Contractual partners may also face exclusion or penalties for non-compliance.
