Arxax, an innovative startup specializing in payment solutions and the decarbonization of road transport, and Iper La grande i (Finiper Canova Group), a historic Italian large-scale retail brand, today announced a strategic partnership integrating Arxax Pay technology into the IperStation Stop&Go network of fueling stations.
The agreement includes the integration of the Arxax Pay digital payment system with IperStation fueling stations, offering commercial vehicle fleets and last-mile delivery a cashless and cardless refueling experience at high-traffic locations, easily accessible, and at competitive prices.
Where logistics meets large-scale retail
IperStation Stop&Go is Iper La grande i's fuel distribution format: modern stations located in the forecourts of the brand's hypermarkets, designed to ensure convenience, speed, and accessibility. The decision to integrate Arxax Pay into these facilities opens up a new scenario for professional refueling, offering transport companies strategic service points along the main logistics routes of Northern Italy, in high-traffic locations and with state-of-the-art infrastructure.
This collaboration marks an evolution in the concept of refueling stations: a benchmark for professional and sustainable mobility.
Fleet Benefits
Thanks to this partnership, transport companies using Arxax Pay will be able to:
Refuel their vehicles with digital payment, without cash or physical cards, at IperStation stations
Access competitive prices typical of the large-scale retail trade formula applied to fuel
Monitor consumption and emissions in real time via the Arxax platform
Operate in large stations, designed to also handle commercial vehicles and short service times
Statements
"Bringing Arxax Pay to IperStation stations means bringing our network closer to the real flows of urban logistics and last-mile logistics," said Elham Hassanzadeh, CEO of Arxax. "Iper stations are located exactly where distribution fleets operate every day: in the commercial hubs that generate freight traffic. It's a partnership that combines digital innovation and local proximity."
Marco Lipira, Director of Management Control, Indirect Procurement and Fuel at Finiper Canova Group, commented: "IperStation was created to offer convenience to our customers. With Arxax, we extend this value to the professional transportation sector, transforming our distributors into service points for the commercial mobility of the future."
