Free fuel cost analysis

We help Italian companies save an average of 34 cents per litre on HVO and Diesel.

The increase in fuel costs is forcing many companies in the transport and logistics sectors to operate at a loss. Refueling has now become one of the most critical cost items for those managing fleets of heavy vehicles and vans.
For this reason, at Arxax we have launched an initiative dedicated to transport companies: a free, customized analysis of refueling data, designed to identify concrete optimization opportunities and enable more efficient cost management.
What the analysis includes
We conduct a detailed analysis of the refueling operations of companies that choose to participate in the initiative, taking into account factors such as:
the fueling stations used
the price paid at the pump
operational management costs
any deviations from planned routes
The objective is to clearly understand:
where hidden costs are concentrated within current refueling operations
inefficiencies in the selection of fueling stations
the benefits of improved station selection
This analysis is based on experience gained from observing active last-mile delivery fleets, allowing us to provide companies with a practical, data-driven perspective.
Awareness is the first step to saving
The analysis is offered completely free of charge and does not require any subscription or financial commitment. The only requirement is the sharing of refueling data and vehicle routes, which helps us identify the most strategic service stations along regular routes. The data will be used exclusively to carry out the analysis and can be deleted upon the client’s request, in full compliance with GDPR regulations.
With this initiative, we aim to demonstrate how a data-driven approach can generate meaningful savings—especially at a time when every margin of optimization can make the difference between continuing operations and no longer being able to sustain the business.
How to take part
The analysis is available to a limited number of companies that submit their request by Thursday, April 30, 2026.
